At Suntu hair, our commitment is to ensure that every woman looks and feels her best by providing the ultimate hair experience. If you face any issues with your purchase, please feel free to CONTACT US at any time, and we'll prioritize responding within 24 hours.

1. Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team within 1 day of placing it.
Please note: If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time specified by the website for canceling the order, the order can be canceled. Or cancellations cannot be processed once the order is shipped.

2. Order Returns

We gladly facilitate exchanges and returns of unused products within 30 days of receipt.

We provide our Suntu VIP members with a specific number of free returns opportunities based on your membership level. 

The provided return label is valid only for shipments within the United States. For non-US customers, we will reimburse your shipping fee based on your shipping receipt accordingly. Please note that you will be responsible for future return shipping fees if your assigned free returns are used up. Customers in the US can purchase a more affordable shipping label directly from us. Returns due to merchant errors, such as shipping the wrong item, are not included in the total free return.

2.1 Return Acceptable
For a return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition – with uncut, unbleached hair, unchanged color, and untouched lace (without cutting or secondary trimming). Products, being personal items in direct contact with the scalp, prioritize customer safety and hygiene. Hence, we cannot accept used products for return.
Note: 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

3. Process Refund

Refunds processed within 2 business days post-receiving and inspecting the item(s).

 

3. Order Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the same return process. Our representative will confirm the exchange product and necessary payment adjustments after approving your exchange request.
Once we receive your returned item, we process the exchange, shipping the new item within 3 business days. 

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be issued through the original payment channel within 2 business days. Processing times vary by payment method. If the card used has expired, contact the card issuer for assistance.
